According to the officer, the haze will make us dehydrate more water from our body and he provide me some information about the haze. Since I am blogging, so I just share the information here. Please take note on this:-
- The haze will dehydrate our body fluid fast just like we in the air-cond room.
- Drink more water to restore our body fluid.
- Wear mask to lessen the amount of haze that we breath in.
- The haze will make our skin dried and our lips will easily bleed.
- Our throat will dried and sore.
- Cough.
He advised:-
- Drink more water.
- Drink isotonic drink like Excel, 100Plus and etc.
- Stay indoor.
But I am worry that there will be no rain frequently and will make our water supply in danger. If there is water shortage cum haze will make our life miserable. Not enough water to drink and other usage. Holy Goat! Can't really imagine the situation. Choi, touch wood~! *Touching wood now. Haih!
I heard from my colleague that during 2pm this afternoon, the visible distance only 400m. What 400m? Holy Shit! Really blur like hell! When I was in Jalan Segambut heading to Jalan Kuching, I can not even see Petronas Twin Towers that I usually can view from that particular spot. The sky looks like all the same, grey cum brown in color. Just imagine when it rain today at my working place, my car was in a bloody mess. Brown stain all over my car and it proved something. It proved that the air is freaking dirty right now. The air quality is in a worst stage ever we encountered.
I just took a poll from The Star website, the question goes like this:-
- Should schools be ordered to close temporarily, in view of the hazardous air quality?
- Should the Malaysian Government offer to help Indonesia put out the fires behind the haze?
For the first question, I think school should be close temporarily to prevent all the kiddos from breathing in this type of condition that is hazardous to their life. I heard my aunt and cousin told me that the kid next door will not attend school as his school is closed. Well the school is taking the right step and I think all of them should really close for temporarily till the condition is better. As for the second question, I think our government should do something to help our neighbour country to put out the forest fire. Give a helping hand to them and it will also bring us good too. I really hope our government and also other ASEAN countries also put in effort in this situation.
Before I end here, people please really take really good care of yourself and your family members too. Drink more water and try to stay indoor.
Till next entry....
