Another 8 more days then will me work at TCMA for exactly 2 months. Time flies fast and I really can't believe myself that I am only working here for such a short period as I feel that I am working here for many years already. Perhaps I already got myself adapted to the environment and the lifestyle here very well. Though tired everyday but I am learning everyday too.

As yesterday I was not working for the whole day but attending a seminar provided by the HR Dept, I learnt lots of stuffs from the trainer and also get to know more to other staffs like especially staff from Production Dept and Local Content Dept. Other than that, staff from other company but same parent company also join us in the program. This seminar really benefits us not just in TCMA but also outside world as this is the key tool for us to be something different from other people out there.

Away from that topic, I heard from the manager of HR talking about recruitment of new staff for my company. He said that most of the youngster especially Malays that they are lack of certain areas especially in the language like English. He stated that most of them can really speaks well but demanding for high pay. That is ridiculous to pay such a high salary but can't even perform a simply task like writing a memo for all the departments.

My fingers need to rest as I will be sending documents to vendors later. Will be blogging tonight and those who want to catch with me, tonight is the night to catch up with "Late Night Show with Kah Wee". *LOL....
