Yesterday The Star newspaper reported about the Quitline programme and today it's all about alcohol. I browsed through the website and came across the news title, "Chua: Adopt healthy lifestyle and avoid alcohol".
Obviously the Health Ministry is stepping up the process to curb the social health such as smoking and alcohol among the Malaysian. The ministry is trying to low down the statistic of alcohol drinker and promote a healthy lifestyle among Malaysian. According to the news, alcohol could be a factor contributing to road accident, this is because most of them who drink will drive in a position that dangerous to drive that may put their and other road users life on the line.
For myself, I am not a regular alcohol consumer as I only took alcohol when there is certain special occasions like friend's birthday, wedding dinner and etc. I once took too much alcohol and barely stand with own feets and do speak loudly. Once I was boozing with Yap Yong and Mervyn, we go for yam cha session at AK and met up with HG that was flipping on those pirated VCD. We shouted, "Ho Guan! Buy porn arr!!". *LOL. He was so embrassed and he did not blame cos we are almost drunk. The next morning, the alcohol smell are still tag on our body even we bath for many times.
Peeps who drink too much out there, cut it down, yo! Like yesterday entry, there is a billboard that promoting the public not to smoke but there no billboard for No To Alcohol.
So here I came out with a custom made billboard that promote the two elements in a single billboard. I got the idea from the Three Monkeys where it is "See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil". From the picture below, the billboard will tell the public not to even try to look at the alcohol and cig label, do hear the influence from others and lastly do not even try to take a sip of alcohol and cig.
