Well , well.. Let's see, it is interesting about this comment and while I was reading this I wonder, does she really applies this question to herself? No hard feeling Grace, I felt that there is no need for a person to ask this question to themselves as showing the true self doesn't rely on how you think but how you express yourself.

So let say I answer Yes, that will be great to myself and people around me cos I do not need to hide anything from them while I am enjoying my freedom of expressing myself. Thus, people around me could be able to understand you and know me well from my attitude. As Grace stated that there is no difference between friends and intimate, I disagree with what she said about the statement. Well, friends are important to me and same goes to my intimate, I differentiate them in two separate category. Showing your true self to your friends doesn't mean that you need to share everything to them (exception to those close friends / gang) and as for girl friend, I do share every single things with her including my sadness and problem. Friends and intimate are two different subset where friends subset is much more general while girl friend subset is much more specific.

She stated that, the way we choose to express yourself in front of others is most important. That statement I agree with. The way you choose to express yourself MUST be included with your true self.

Basically, to show your true self, you need to know yourself. If you do not know yourself, you find it hard to show or to express your true self.
