Another few hours from now, my sis will be off to National Service (NS) in Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. She is one of the candidates in her school that had been choosen to attend this program that established by the Malaysian government. Oh gosh, the cribs is going to be quiet for the next three months. As tomorrow, my brother will be off to Red Cresent Society, Unit 4 camp at the school till this coming Friday.
Talking about NS, for me, I am thinking whether this program really will help the youth be a better person or the vice versa. According to my sister, she told me that the program is very fun, fills with adventure and once you involved, you will never want to come home. She was told by her classmates that went to that program and told this after she accomplished the three months program. Previously I got to know that there were certain case happened before and my parents are really right now. Hopefully she will be fine and enjoy her stay too. I am doubtful about the objectives of this program are going to be carry out successfully as you guys know that Malaysia is a multi races country, rasicm is still going to be the main issue. Anyway, I am waiting for my sister to comment about that when the time she is back from the program.
When I was 15, I went to the Red Cresent Society camp (same unit as my bro, same school as well) before, but the camp was carried out not in our school soccer field but at the Hutan Rekreasi Melaka. That time, me and my group members were enjoying ourselves with the activities that had been carried out. We went for a night hike in the jungle, ghost stories, cooking, hiking in the jungle and so many activities. Basically we also had our marching and first aid competition too.
As today I surfed Hanz's blog, it stated that the blog was temporary shut down. I wonder what happened to his blog.
Suddenly I am having lots of ideas for my art and might as well try it out. As the result, I published them in this blog before I write this particular post. Hopefully you guys enjoy it...
