Chelsea FC 4 - 1 Crystal Palace

Chelsea march on to clinch the Premiership title after 50 years since they won it back in 1955. Chelsea hosted The Eagles at Stamford Bridge for the English Premiership fixture and the score was 4-1. The first goal came from Frank Lampard that strucked from the 30yards.

Before half-time, Crystal Palace pulled back the score to 1-1 after a mis-kicked from Frank Lampard and Palace stroked it in the back of the net from 6yards box. Crystal Palace started the second half brightly but after nine minutes, Joe Cole pushed Chelsea ahead with a truely angled goal. Cole had taken his opportunities after Robben missed out for 6weeks. Cole had made a major role in the team and definately going to get the attention of England coach, Sven Goran Errikson.

At the 73th minute, Robben was introduced and the crowd were delighted to see him, once again in action. Sort after a few minutes, Kezman was also introduced to replace Eidur Gudjohnsen that played quite deeply into the midfield and allowed Cole to storm into the penalty box. Just after a few minutes, Kezman scored from outside the penalty box and Kiraly, Palace goalkeeper was to blame. Kezman shot was captured but eventually slipped from the grasp of Kiraly and the ball rolled in to the goal. It was a technical error by the keeper.

And lastly, Kezman scored the second in the match from a close range. The match ended 4-1. Chelsea is keen to end the championship with 14points needed with 8 games to go. Hopefully Chelsea can end the championship as soon as possible cause I am eager to see The Blues to lift up the Barclay English Premiership title.
